Orange-gold with a firm, white head, the slightly hazy Ruth emits an aroma defined by a sturdy caramel malt presence and a charge of peppery, citrusy hops. Its flavors are clean and very well organized, starting with a modest toasty, caramel malt sweetness that is quickly shored up by a mild hop bite resonating floral and citrus. Medium-bodied with gentle carbonation and very low alcohol presence, the beer finishes clean and dry with a lovely peppery aftertaste that lingers on the back of the tongue.
