Gaelic Ale

A subdued blend of graham cracker, sweet orange peel and pound cake barely reach the nose in a quiet aroma. The flavor, composed of subtle toffee shifting into bread crust, is equally demure. Soft herbal, peppery hops can’t quite balance the sweet finish, but each sip is clean and snappy, making for a very drinkable example of the style.
