Mosaic IPA

The eminently clear, light golden pour radiates an initial hop aroma of funky onion and a touch of sweaty garlic, which diffuses after a swirl or two. The sip is balanced: Crackerlike malts arrive first before medium levels of hopderived sweet orange blossom and scallions. Firm bitterness begins before the swallow and lingers afterward, mitigated by low honey malt sweetness.
