Stumptown ORA


An infusion of oatmeal (ORA stands for Oatmeal Red Ale) acts as mortar for this beer’s rocky, long-lasting head, which emits aromas of peppermint and delicate green tea leaves atop afoundation of caramel and red apple. On the tongue, apricot and apple give way to toasted bread crust and roasted nuts, but a finish of dandelion greens contributes lingering bitterness that’s just a little rough.
