Belt and Suspenders

A whiff is like rubbing hop cones: big, bright lemon and orange; grassy crushed resin; a touch of sweet guava. On the tongue, wheat grass and clover honey touch down first, while grapefruit peel and orange juice concentrate appear just before a sweet, crackery finish. This beer nimbly toes the line between pale ale and IPA, providing the flavor of the latter and the ease of the former.
