Radeberger Pilsner

RATING
87

This popular German pilsner pours light gold and perfectly clear with a pearly, pillowlike head. Its aroma is mild overall, with flowery and spicy hops tucked neatly beneath the biscuity, husky-dry malt. Radeberger is highly drinkable: It begins with a light, dry cereal grain sweetness and finishes quickly with a peppery, flowery hop bite that, while very refreshing, could be cleaner and crisper given the style. The body is light and highly carbonated with minimal alcohol and a very dry finish.
