Moylander Double IPA

Sweet floral, fresh grass and grapefruit scents burst from the bubbly white head of this copper brew. On the front of the tongue, sweet toffee lays out a soft backdrop for the überbitter and flavorful hops that arrive mid-sip. Bouncing off the toffee base, juicy grapefruit and fresh grass trimmings fill the mouth as heavy-handed bitterness finally washes up against the back of the throat, tickling the jaw near the ears. Although this hop-forward brew delivers a kick, toffee sweetness survives the swallow, blending with grapefruit and grass for a flavorful ending that eventually acquiesces to a dry, bitter finish.
