Flying Mouflan

Grassy, leafy-green hop scents burst from this brew’s strong toasty, caramel aroma. Like the bouquet, caramel and toast anchor the flair—woodsy cedar notes and fresh plum that weave between malt sweetness. A strong, bitter hop backbone presses against the malt profile, filling the palate with piney, resinous flavors as each sip careens down the tongue. This barleywine’s incredibly balanced and extremely drinkable; it leaves a caramel layer on the tongue with a touch of spicy pepper.
