Switch it up on Cinco de Mayo

Like seemingly everyone, I’m a big fan of Cinco de Mayo when it falls on a weekend. But, the thought of drinking Mexican light lagers (or even Vienna lagers) all day seems a bit uninspired. Enter Saint Arnold Santo, a black kölsch, and a new favorite in the DRAFT office. This crisp brew combines the light floral notes of its base style with a kiss of black malts for a bright and biting swallow—it’s easily one of the most interesting, refreshing brews we’ve recently sipped. If you’re lucky enough to live within Saint Arnold’s distribution, check it out (alongside a heap of gooey enchiladas, naturally). If you’re not, what beers are you tipping back this Cinco de Mayo?
